Completed in 1997, this multi-tenant professional office building consists of a steel columns and beam structure supporting metal bar joists and a metal deck with concrete floor and roof plates; light-gage metal stud framing exterior walls with stone-cut brick veneer and smooth “Dryvit” finish materials. With “European” detailing, this facility is reminiscent of early Italian architecture with a modern flair.
