Completed in 1991 this 2-story 12,000 square foot professional office was developed as a Design/Build project with local construction company and was delivered at approximately $75.00/SF. The basic structure consists primarily of perimeter load-bearing masonry supporting a steel bar joist with metal deck and concrete floor system on the second floor and pre-engineered wood roof trusses above. The “Mediterranean” design style was highlighted with the use of terra cotta concrete barrel roof tile, soft pastel colors, banded window trim, and Neo-Classical proportioning.
