Lehigh Commercial Center

This multi-tenant commercial shopping center (currently under construction) with 10′-0″ high storefronts utilizes stepped parapets with classic “Spanish-S” barrel tiled roofs to create a “Mediterranean” theme to draw interest and curb-appeal from the street. Incorporating decorative trim and appointments, this commercial center re-creates the ambiance of the traditional shopping center incorporating a covered arcade along three sides to provide shoppers shade and protection from the South Florida elements. Built in early 2008, this facility has been designed as a “Vanilla Box” with interior finished ceilings, lighting, air conditioning, Solar energy system, and tenant bathrooms to accommodate individual tenants to occupy the lease spaces on short notice and with little or no additional interior improvements required.
